What we collect
- Purchase information. When you buy Soften or the Nervous System Reset Kit, payment is processed by Mollie. We do not store your card details ourselves.
- Email address. If you request the free guide or sign up for updates, your email is stored with MailerLite for the purpose of sending you that guide and occasional updates from The Body Wisdom. You can unsubscribe at any time.
- Contact form submissions. If you message us through the contact form, we use the details you provide only to respond to you.
- Social media interactions. If you message or comment on our social accounts, we may see your public profile information as provided by that platform.
What we don't do
We do not sell your data. We do not share your email or purchase information with any third party outside the tools listed above (Mollie for payment, MailerLite for email).
