Who we are

Digital products
Our digital products are delivered electronically. Payment is processed through Mollie. By completing a purchase, you receive a personal, non-transferable license to use the product for your own private use; the content may not be resold, redistributed, or shared publicly.
Right of withdrawal
Some of our digital products are delivered as a one-time download, such as guides and other downloadable resources. For these, delivery begins immediately after payment. Under EU consumer law, the right of withdrawal no longer applies once delivery has started with your explicit consent, and you acknowledge that you lose that right by doing so. Refunds are not available once access has been granted, except where required by law.
Other digital products provide ongoing access to a service, such as an app or online tool, rather than a single download. For these, the standard 14-day right of withdrawal applies, in accordance with EU consumer law.
