Sway, Cycle Guidance for Every Phase
Your cycle is a rhythm your whole body moves to. Sway is a way to feel it.
Where you are in your cycle, what your body tends to ask for there, and what is coming next. Support for how you eat, move, rest and care for yourself through the menstrual, follicular, ovulatory and luteal phases.
One payment. Lifetime access, including every update as Sway grows.
Your cycle moves in four phases, and each one asks for something a little different. Warmth and rest while you bleed. Capacity and momentum as estrogen rises. Steadiness and ease as your body turns inward again. Sway meets you in the phase you are in and shows you what tends to help there, across food, movement, sleep, self-care, teas and herbs, and supplements.
It also looks ahead. As you log your periods, Sway learns your rhythm and shows your next period, your ovulation and your fertile window as a gentle range, so you can plan with your body in view.
The more you use it, the more it becomes yours. A short daily check-in builds a picture of how your energy, mood, sleep and symptoms move through your cycle, and anything you star becomes a routine Sway brings back at the right moment.
Move with your cycle. Support your body through every phase. Come to understand what it has been asking for all along.

Frequently asked
Is Sway a medical tool or a form of birth control?
Sway is a wellbeing and education tool. It offers general guidance based on cycle phases and helps you notice your own patterns. It does not diagnose or treat anything, and it is a method of understanding your cycle rather than a method of contraception. For medical questions, speak with a qualified healthcare provider.
I am on hormonal birth control. Can I still use Sway?
Yes. Sway has a mode for hormonal contraception. Because a hormonal method keeps your own hormones steady and usually stops ovulation, that mode sets aside the fertile window and ovulation, and keeps the guidance that still applies, such as nutrition, movement, sleep and self-care.
My cycle is irregular. Will the predictions still be useful?
Sway shows predictions as a range rather than a single date, and it grows more accurate as you log more cycles. The phase guidance stays useful even when your timing varies from month to month.
Is Sway an app I download?
Sway is a private web app you open straight from your phone or computer browser. You can add it to your home screen so it opens like any other app.
How current is the guidance?
Your purchase includes every future update. As the content grows and improves, your version grows with it.
Do I need to log something every day?
Logging your period days is enough to get started. The daily check-in is there whenever you want it, and even a few entries help Sway learn your patterns.
Sway is intended for general wellbeing and educational purposes only. It is not medical advice, a diagnostic tool, or a method of contraception. Guidance on cycle phases, nutrition, supplements, herbs and movement is general and may not suit every body. Predictions are estimates based on the information you log and will not be exact. If you are pregnant, trying to conceive or to avoid pregnancy, or managing a condition that affects your cycle, hormones or mental health, please consult a qualified healthcare provider. Speak with a professional before starting any new supplement or herb, especially if you take medication or have a health condition.
